New Yangtze Navigation (Singapore) Pte., Ltd is established by Jiangsu Xin Chang Jiang Group in 2010. It is registered in Singapore. 

The company and its subsidiary, Changhong Shipping Co., Ltd, currently operates 20 self-owned Yangtze-series dry bulk carriers with a total DWT capacity exceeding 1,000,000 tons, 6 Princess-series dry bulk carriers with a total DWT capacity exceeding 369,000 tons. We focus on marine transportation of dry bulk cargo including coal&energy resources, mineral products, grain and general cargo etc..., and our voyage routes cover most main ports around the world.  In the Chemical oil transportation sector, the company's subsidiary, Pro Tanker Investment Co., Ltd, specializes in the international transportation market for oil products and chemicals. We currently operate several medium-range product tankers, providing transportation services to global oil companies and traders.
